We have been working with Cheltenham Borough Homes on numerous neighbourhood regeneration projects, introducing play areas for children, planting and paving in communal areas and improved security features. Urban landscape design involves delivering a functional, attractive and secure environment for residents, with considered solutions for practical matters such as parking and refuse storage. Understanding the needs of residents is key to neighbourhood regeneration projects like this and as such we work very closely with Cheltenham Borough Homes across several of the properties in their portfolio.
